Behold, the work begins with a single yes
A brotherhood of men seeking interior transformation, formed by Mary, anchored in the Eucharist, sent out to lead their families, parishes, and communities.

“Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.“
Luke 1:38 · NABRE

Who We Are
A Catholic society for the formation of men
We believe the renewal of families, parishes, and the wider culture begins with men who have done the interior work — men who have learned to be still, to surrender, and to lead from a place of formed character rather than performed strength.
Our work is built around the FIAT framework: the four-stage spiritual path drawn from Mary’s own yes at the Annunciation, applied to the modern struggles of fatherhood, brotherhood, vocation, and faith.
The FIAT Path
From lost to mission
A four-stage spiritual framework drawn from Mary’s own yes — and walked with brothers who have been there before you.
Stage I
Lost
The honest naming of fragmentation, fear, and the noise that has scattered the soul. Conversion begins when a man stops pretending and chooses truth.
Stage II
Discovered
Educating citizens on the founding charter, the Bill of Rights, and the constitutional debates that continue shaping civic life and ordered liberty.
Stage III
Found
Encounter with Christ in the Eucharist. The fragmented heart is gathered, wounds are placed before the Cross, and grace begins restoring what was broken.
Stage IV
Missions
Formation becomes witness. The transformed man returns to his family, parish, and brothers as a servant leader and light no longer hidden.
“Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.“

Formation & Programs
The work we do with men
Three core formation programs and one foundational framework — built for men in every season of their interior journey.

Program One
The FIAT Formation Retreat
A Marian path of interior transformation for men.
A guided cohort experience walking men through the four stages of the FIAT path — from the honest naming of what has been lost, to the Marian discovery of grace, to encounter with Christ in the Eucharist, to commissioning for mission.
- Twelve-chapter formation curriculum
- Daily Rosary and Scripture practice
- Mentorship from formed men
- Cohort-based brotherhood groups
- Eucharistic adoration and confession
- Commissioning to mission

Program Two
Brotherhood & Fatherhood Formation
Spiritual fatherhood as the field of mission.
Ongoing fellowship groups for men who have walked the FIAT path and are now living it. The work of accountability, intercession, and spiritual fatherhood — for one’s own children and for the next generation of men who need a father to follow home.
- Men’s small groups and cohorts
- Cursillo and parish-aligned partnerships
- Character and discipline practices
- Fatherhood mentorship and accountability
- Servant leadership formation
- Community service leadership

Program Three
Family & Vocation Support
Strengthening the domestic church.
Practical support for the families of formed men — because a man’s first mission is fatherhood, and the family is the first place the FIAT life is either real or revealed to be performance. Resources, mentorship, and the wider brotherhood standing alongside.
- Marriage and family workshops
- Scholarship support for children
- Youth mentorship and formation
- Domestic church practices and prayer
- Vocation discernment for young men
- Pastoral resource referrals
Partnerships
Walking alongside parishes and ministries
We welcome partnership with parishes, ministries, and organizations whose work strengthens men, families, and the wider Body of Christ.
